|Design and run 3-km numerical weather prediction ensembles, develop and test ensemble consensus methods such as the Local Probability Matched Mean and Spatially-Aligned Mean and Machine Learning. Test in NOAA Testbeds for the prediction of heavy rain in the warm seasons and snowfall in the winter.
